NICOLE SPENCER

Nicole grew up on Cape Cod in the town of Sandwich where she was a competitive sprinter in high school and found her love of distance running in her mid 20s.  She began training for her first marathon in 2008, a year after her third child was born. Nicole has completed races of various distances from 5Ks to Ultra Marathons, finishing at the top of many.

Nicole’s coaching philosophy is to help individuals gain self-confidence through the sport of running.  She has trained hundreds women and children, ages 8-72, in all distances from 5K to marathons. In addition to her business, Nicole is the Volunteer Manager for the New Balance Falmouth Road Race and the Director of Development for Heroes In Transition.

STEFANIE RUGE

Stefanie washed ashore in the late 80's to the town of Sandwich.  She has always been involved in athletics from gymnastics at an early age to competitively swimming through high school and college. Stefanie found her passion for running in 2007 as a beginner and delved into the world of endurance sports quickly. She has competed in races of various lengths with her true love being marathon distance.  In 2011, she spent the season training for a 70.3 Ironman and plans to compete in the 140.6 Ironman in the near future. 

Stefanie joined In Motion Training as an RRCA Certified Coach in 2014 and thrives on sharing the knowledge and experiences gained from her time spent running. Helping women build their confidence by identifying challenges and reaching goals is her driving factor behind coaching with IMT.

HEATHER MANUEL

Heather is a native Cape Codder, having grown up in Yarmouth, and still residing on the Cape.  Her love of running began in 2006 after the birth of her second child.  Heather has completed races of different distances, including marathons. She plans to attempt her first sprint triathlon in 2015. 

Heather joined In Motion Training in 2015, coming from a run specialty background where she was able to connect with numerous types of runners at different levels.  The main reason Heather came to In Motion is to help runners of all levels achieve their goals, and help them to obtain a healthier lifestyle.
