IN MOTION TRAINING inspires and coaches runners of all abilities to train smart while reaching outside their comfort zone to achieve greater satisfaction with their running within a supportive and motivational group environment.
Through her love of running and passion for helping others reach their goals, Nicole began training women in 2010 and started her own coaching business, In Motion Training, in 2011.

In Motion Training provides certified coaching for those who are new to the sport of running, want to get faster or just want to run with others. Our coaches spend a great deal of time getting to know participants and offer personalized training advice and motivation. If you're training for a particular race, we'll work together to create a training plan that will have you meeting and exceeding your goals!
We offer beginner and intermediate groups that meet at least twice a week for runs and our group runs meet in convenient, safe, and challenging locations. We vary our runs seasonally and based upon the race schedules of the group participants and offer speed workouts, hill workouts, short and long runs.
We communicate individually and as a group via email, text and our Facebook page creating a tight knit community of runners for you to connect with. Our members come from different running backgrounds and are at different levels of fitness so there's a place for everyone. We often find that members sign up for races together and area always there to support each other every step of the way. We think you'll find our coaches and fellow members to be extremely motivational and supportive.
