"I'm so happy I stumbled upon In Motion Training!!! I've been running on and off since I was in grade school!! I ran thru high school and as I entered me 20's I feel off the running wagon. After having 2 children I started getting back into it, mostly for my sanity. It was the only quite time I got, however I always ran alone because I couldn't really make a schedule. I joined into the Tuesday running group not really knowing anyone and the whole group made me feel welcome!! I look forward to running with them every week. Coach Spencer pushes me to do things I would never do on my own. I'm a constant 8:30 minute miler. I used to really never run faster or slower. Nicole really helps me focus on pushing myself to be faster and she somehow makes these agonizing drills fun!!!  Thanks to all the In Motion Training group for helping welcoming me into your group!"  - Casey, Falmouth 33

"Who runs their first marathon at 55 years old?  Me! Running a marathon was never on my "to do list".  As a matter of fact I was ready to hang up my sneakers 3 years ago.  I was tired of running alone and felt stuck in my 5K rut.  All that change when I saw a post on FB about In Motion Training.  Since then I have become "a runner".  I look forward to training to achieve my goals.  I know that I have the support of 2 great coaches - Nicole and Stefanie.  I train and run with an amazing group of women.  We lift each other up.  We cheer each other on.  We support each other on and off the road.  Whether you want to run for fitness, endurance or speed, In Motion Training will guide you every step of the way." - Sarah, 55 year old runner from Mashpe

"Where do I begin! IMT has changed my life. I was one of those people who always said "I will never be a runner, I hate running." But at the age of 40 I was asked to run in a relay race, something I had never dreamed of doing, and here I am 4 years later and I have run 2 1/2 marathons. The women I have met have changed my life and the coaches are amazing women themselves. Believing in you when you have lost all faith and guiding you to places you never thought possible." - Wendy, age 44, from Mashpee MA
